A-02/03 Poultry Cages Mesh Welding Line
Modeled A-02/03, this welding line produces mesh 1200/1600mm wide. It runs 60-80 welding cycles per minute, fits 2-3.5mm low-carbon/galvanized wire, with full standard production configurations.
This A-05 model runs at 60–80 welding cycles per minute for wires of φ2–3.5mm. It integrates full automatic processes from wire payoff to stacking, producing 1200/1600mm wide mesh panels to fabricate sturdy poultry cage meshes efficiently.
ZY-01 Horizontal Pulling Cage Door Welding Machine
Model ZY-01 welds low-carbon/galvanized wire into panel mesh. It has dual 36KVA transformers, 8s per piece welding speed, with full payoff, bending, cutting and stacking configurations.
Model ZY-03, this welder works for low carbon steel & galvanized wire (2.5–3.5mm). It has 6 electrodes, 2 transformers, 6 panels/min output, with payoff, bending, cutting and receiving modules fitted.
