ZD-02A Ladder Mesh Welding Machine
Model ZD-02A works for low carbon steel & galvanized wire (3–6mm diameter). Its welding speed reaches 80–120 cycles per minute, with full standard configurations to produce qualified panel ladder mesh efficiently.
This model welds low-carbon and galvanized steel wire (φ1.6–3mm) at 60–80 welding cycles per minute. It forms adjustable double-sided rolled mesh, fitted with 4 electrode sets and a 36KVA transformer for steady, efficient brickforce mesh production.
ZD-02 fully automatic ladder mesh welding machine makes 300mm-wide panel mesh from low-carbon/galvanized wire (3–6mm diameter). It runs at 60 welding cycles per minute, fitted with full feeding, straightening and cutting modules for steady automated mesh production.
CJ-01A Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Mesh Panel Welding Line
Model CJ-01A fabricates mesh panels up to 6m long. It uses low-carbon/galvanized wire, runs 60–80 welds per minute, with full feeding, welding, cutting and mesh unloading assemblies.
Model ZH-02 has 600mm mesh width, three 125KVA transformers, 6 electrodes, servo forward feeding. It is equipped with mesh support shelf for stable steel truss floor plate welding work.
This fully automatic welding line runs at 16m/min, with dual 250KVA transformers. It adapts to truss heights of 70–350mm and varied rebar sizes. Equipped with payoff, bending, welding, cutting and stacking modules, it steadily fabricates steel trusses for construction use.
